We are always so pleased with the decor, cleanliness, treats to eat left for us (our grandchildren enjoy these as well), and the prompt service on the rare occasion it is needed. We would not hesitate to stay again...in fact, this time we are going to stay at the Queens Terrace location. The space is very well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood is quaint, convenient and quiet. Its so walkable - we even walked to the B of A stadium to a game. Jul 18, 2016 #### Exceptional customer service I have stayed at many VRBO properties and have been a property owner myself and this place was by far the most thoughtful, welcoming place I have been. The location was great, accommodations were exactly as described, but what stood out most was the extra effort and thought in welcoming us. The communication leading up to our stay was superb and very detailed. When I arrived, I had the local paper, a welcome assortment of food items and both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages at my disposal. It truly was outstanding. You can't go wrong staying in these apartments. We rented sight unseen, but the apartment looked just like the photos. The Dilworth area is absolutely charming, and it was such a plus to be able to walk to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. There is even a nice park about 3 blocks away. The hosts have thought of everything, and the apartment is fully equipped for a long stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the warmer days. We didn't experience any problems while there, but any questions we had were answered very promptly. You can't go wrong staying at Magnolia Green. ##### Judy E. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia #1 in Dilworth. We arrived to find the lights on and classical music playing on the sound system. The apartment is beautiful,clean, and comfortably furnished. A basket of goodies, including the making of a meal, greeted us in the kitchen, and in the refrigerator were English muffins, butter, orange juice and cream for coffee. The kitchen is well furnished. One of the wall air conditioner units leaked a little at one point and one of the managers showed up promptly to check it when I texted him. This is a perfect quiet , pleasant place to stay in Charlotte. It is within easy walking distance to Ed's Tavern and other local favorites. I will stay here again! ##### Amy I. I stayed here with just myself and my dog. The neighborhood is very nice and I felt safe walking my dog alone after dark. Easy to find, they offer one parking spot but there is plenty of street parking if you had a 2nd car. Check in was easy, the property manager was friendly and responded quickly, they allowed me to check in early so that was really nice of them. The unit is on the 2nd floor so If you are unable to use stairs you would not want to stay here as there is no elevator. That did not bother me, only mentioning it because I don't believe the listing does. 10/10 I would stay here again. ##### Lindsey K. We were greeted with snacks, the makings of dinner and a continental breakfast with local papers, a red and a white wine, and a well-stocked bar. And we always appreciate a full-size washer/dryer in unit. There was very little to do in the way of checking out chores, compared to other places we've stayed. They truly go above and beyond here. We've stayed in a lot of lovely rentals, but never have we encountered such generous hosts at such a reasonable rate. Would choose them again in a heartbeat any time we return to Charlotte, taking their suggestion to have fun trying out their various properties/units.
