Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Room was not clean- kitchen sink in particular was filthy. Check in was terrible- no one at the office, stood outside for 45 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone. Would not stay here again.

We rented the 2 bedroom suite for our girl's trip. I was so skeptical at first because some of the reviews. But what I noticed was most of them were because it was an older property. We actually LOVED it. It is very old but has so much character. The entrance is beautiful! The hallways look like something from a Stephen King novel but then you get to the suites and they were actually really pretty. We had a nice size suite with a big living room and kitchen. The floors and beds were CLEANA which honestly was my biggest priority. The bathroom toilet was broken but it could easily be fixed with a paper clip. The chain on the flap just kept coming loose. The showers were decent and hot. The balcony was spacious with a great view. There's a little market downstairs with really affordable prices. The pool was clean and the beach was easily accessible. If you don't want to pay for valet parking. There's a parking lot right beside it that you pay by hour during the day and free at night. I maybe spent $20 for 3 days. The views of the yachts across the street were super cute too. The receptionists were all very nice too. People who complained clearly don't understand how expensive Miami is and how this little gem is a STEAL! If you want something affordable, spacious and feels like home, this is the one! I spent hours trying to find something for our trip and this was the best decision I made. Thank you Seacoast Suites for hosting us!

The hotel is very beautiful, i'll give it that. The location was okay, though it was a little far from a lot of the places we were going. But I have to be honest about the housekeeping, because this really bothered me. When I pulled back the comforter to get into bed, there was makeup on the sheets they clearly had not been washed. I called to ask for fresh sheets, and when someone finally came, they didn't even change them. They just flipped the same sheet around, I know because I checked the bottom of the sheet. That was honestly disgusting, and I was very upset. I tried not to let it ruin the trip with my sister, but clean sheets are the bare minimum. Beautiful property, but this needs to be fixed."
