Online advance check-in didn't work and there was a long line at the front desk. Surprised by $25/day parking which required me to wait in the line again to get a ticket from the parking garage validated. Only 2 elevators for 11 floors was very slow. Breakfast was good, not great. Hotel was loud at all hours, full of sports teams.

Highly recommend this location the staff were amazing the hot tub the pool the breakfast if I go back to St John I'm definitely staying here again with me my wife and my kids
