"We enjoyed our time at the house. Positives: Lots of beds, pool was clean, large kitchen, huge table, lots of outdoor seating options, close proximity to the river and Garner state park. Negatives: only 2 small couches for a house that accommodates 24 people which meant there was no where to relax. Beds were very uncomfortable. The listing description did not mention that only the king bed is inside the main house, all of the other bedrooms are separate from the main home. The property itself is very small, no room for kids to run around or scenic views to enjoy. We come to the area to have room to spread out and unfortunately this home the only yard was the concrete pool area, it was closed in from every side so there were no views to enjoy. The only side that wasn't closed in was the one facing the road, and the pool area is about 1 car length away from the road (not much privacy from all of the cars driving by).. The pool is small and feels crowded when it has more than 8-10 people, our group was 24 so we could not enjoy it altogether as we have been able to do at other homes we have rented.. that was probably the most disappointing part..Overall it is a nice home but the owners should really consider investing in better/new mattresses."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the home and its amenities. We had a great time at the pool and loved its private river access. The manager went above and beyond for us as she mailed jewelry my niece had left behind. I would definitely recommend this home."

Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, in a great location not far from the frio river.. literally walking distance, we had a good time even if it was cold and raining we made the best of it ,, hose is very very spacious, big ol tub , a jacuzzi with a pool ... well worth would get it again for sure ..."
