First off the staff were wonderful, the location was ideal and we slept great. This issue was the room upkeep. We found hair in the sheets and red stained extra bedding for the couch that had not been washed after use. The remote batteries died but the staff ran some up. Breakfast was wonderful and had many options, not sure if this was a one off but not up to standards typically upheld by Holiday Inns

Our family very much enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We have stayed at many of the top resorts in the world, and this did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to stay again.
