We only stayed a few nights and so didn't use the pool. However, the room (deluxe double) was very clean and had a balcony overlooking the lake, with the most splendid view. It was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast was great and as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary we had an amazing evening meal, the owner served us and she made it extra special....thank you! I shall always remember it.

This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!

The staff was present 24/7 and very helpful. The location of the Hotel is in a very good area, close to subway and and shops. Perfect for someone that wants peace and quiet.
