4/10 (1 review)
Carpet was stained in every carpeted room. Pool not heated, which was told after booking. Hot tub not working not advised until late evening before checking in. Said they would compensate for extreme inconvenience. I have not heard anything back. Used for birthday party and unable to use 2 main attractions. Outdoor water sports were great but gets dark so early not able to utilize for long. Kitchen area was fantastic and set up is great for large group. Biggest issue was pool and hot tub which of course were main reason for booking.

8.2/10 Very good! (2,338 reviews)
"The room was a little bit broken down. The sofa chair was peeling at the arm rests, the bathroom caulk was stained, the gourmet was dirty upon arrival, and the shower handle was coming off. This didn’t really bother me much, the remains stuck to the toilet bowl went down after flushing a couple times ..."

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,359 reviews)
"One night stay at this CLT airport Sheraton. This is a full service hotel that is showing its age. Could use a refresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful overall. Hotel was relatively clean, just more a matter of things being old. Beds were not great. Dinner at the bar was decent by hotel standards. ..."
