The stay was so stylish and comfy beds! the soap smelled great too. Everything was clean. Pool was colder than expected but clean. Staff was helpful for parking and at the bar area!

We were so excited to spend the weekend at the embassy suites in Covington! Friends told us that this hotel was great! When we arrived we didn’t have the room we had booked so the staff graciously got us another room! So appreciate them!!!! The next day we were locked out of that room without warning. We went to the front desk to inquire why. The hotel was overbooked. We were told that they would look into our situation. After returning from the baseball game, we did not get that room & slept 4 in our room. We asked for towels & pillows but they never showed up. We DO really like the embassy suites.
