« We booked this condo months in advance for a busy weekend at USC. I reached out the day of check in to get check in details. I got a response at check in time that the unit had been sold and had no power. The owner did refund our money. However we were not able to book anything within a few miles of campus. »

« When we arrived, the property was not clean. There were clumps of hair on the master bathroom floor, as well as used fake eye lashes. The glasses in the cupboard were smudged and with finger prints. In the master bathroom, and the shared guest bathroom, there were live little flies circling while showering, which I had to kill while showering.
