"The hotel was in poor condition. Stains on the furniture, pull out sofa bed was dirty to the point our guest didn’t sleep on it. The staff was nice though. The lady at the front desk even waived our early check in fee. So I only have positive things to say about her and the service she gave us. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel again. It was an unpleasant stay."

"Stayed one night on our visit to Lake Havasu. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay. The staff were welcoming and the property well maintained. The highlight of our visit was the pool, clean, refreshing and not overly crowded. Would recommend this location to everyone."

"Check in staff was very nice. Housekeeping was excellent. Only downfall, not enough parking. You have to park across the street, if you come back to your room late. "

"The desk chair surface has been chipped, and was scribbled. It looks dirty. That is still okay for me because I can use the other chair. The worst thing is, the only faucet doesn't function, I would describe the water flow as dripping. This property needs a lot of improvement."
