London Bridge Tours and Activities

I was not impressed with your front office intake representative. She acted like she did not want to be at the front desk and (in my opinion) was somewhat silently "rude" through her actions and remarks. Never smiled, never gave us a good welcome and I will not stay at your property again. Sorry, Charles

Staff is very friendly and informative. Rooms are clean. The whole family enjoyed the little putting greens, corn hole, pool and spa. They had special events planned for each day but we just didn’t have time to utilize them, we would if we go back again for a more leisurely weekend. Only “con” per se would be the $$$ deposit hold they put on your card. Maybe I just didn’t read the listing far enough to know to expect it but that was a surprise at check in for me. I have no concerns about getting it back, just wasn’t expecting it.

We go here several times a year. Love the location and the rooms have everything you need.
