Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’accueil chaleureux et professionnel du personnel, toujours disponible et attentif. Cette première impression positive s’est confirmée tout au long de notre séjour. Notre chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée, offrant un cadre reposant après nos journées de visite. La literie de qualité et le calme de l’espace ont largement contribué à notre confort. Le petit déjeuner a également été un vrai plaisir : varié, généreux et composé de produits frais. Le choix proposé permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur, et l’ambiance du buffet est agréable. Quelques points méritent toutefois d’être soulignés. L’hôtel est immense, presque démesuré, ce qui peut donner une impression un peu impersonnelle et rendre les déplacements internes moins fluides. Par ailleurs, il nous a fallu relancer deux fois la réception pour que la chambre soit faite, un détail surprenant et en dessous de ce que l’on attend d’un établissement affiché quatre étoiles. Dans l’ensemble, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour, mais quelques ajustements dans l’organisation renforceraient encore l’expérience."
