Amazing hotel! Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is great, parking is easy and free, walk distance to all attractions, room is beautiful, love it! Wish I had booked more days but will definitely be back!

This was a perfect choice of hotel a block from the train station. Excellent service and the staff are friendly and polite. They serve a variety of breakfast, cold and hot foods. Love the aesthetic of the dining area, looked forward to eating and enjoying breakfast every morning. The hotel is also walkable to the town. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel near train staion
Cosy room, great breakfast, free hot wine and cookies in the lobby during Christmas period. Nice touch also are free water and soda in the room. Lovely staff, definitly would stay in this hotel again.

How do you provide reference for this property that would adequately re flecgvthd property We travel extensively staying in lower end to 5 star accomodation When one arrives you can usually feel the place, from the outside this is a bland property However as they say never judge a book by its cover From the moment you walk through the door it is a different story The staff are friendly the property has a warm feel to it and the rooms are well decorated more than adequate Breakfast is superb and nothing is too much trouble for the staff We stayed 4 nights and wished it was longer we have no hesitation in recommending this property

We really enjoyed our stay. Decent sized room & comfortable beds. Our room was on the main road but there is a electronic shutter on the outside of window which blocked out all noise & light. Breakfast was great with usual European continental offerings, some hot dishes & you could boil your own eggs. They also had a fresh orange juicer, which we loved. There is parking available but the underground parking garage is a very tight squeeze. One night we could not get parking at the front or back of hotel, so had to use the underground garage. Trying to park the car was terrible due to an inconsiderate driver parking with bikes on the rear of their car which extended out into where you needed to turn near a pole. It was very tight. The hotel was full when we stayed. The train station is right around the corner, as with most train stations there were 'undesirable' people hanging around, but they didn't bother us.

20 minutes from downtown, but 2 minutes from train station. Walls are thin. Super clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Room was great too. Would definitely go back.

Lovely hotel just 5 minutes walk from the station. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet has various hot and cold options, and is plenty to set you up for the day. I’d definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Loved the location and the breakfast. Room was a bit on the small side and had a few too many cushions and tea/coffee gadgets and other stuff taking up valuable space. Otherwise very comfortable and quiet.

a beautiful hotel that will bright up your days.
This is a very nice hotel. The staffs are very warm the professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room's design and bedding. The amenities provided went above and beyond my expectations. And breakfast was very good, many options to chose from. The only downside is the Wifi, which was very very slow.

Modern, clean and welcoming. Great stay.
Modern hotel near railway station. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. 20-30 minutes walk to Little Venice area (long enough to walk off dinner on the way back). Good variety at breakfast. We left our bags mid morning and explored the area by bus and train before returning to check in. Bottle of wine and water were appreciated. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near transport and not to far from the centre of town.

Check in starts at 2:30 and nobody at the desk before that so can't drop off luggage and check in later. Room is modern, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Shower has no door so bathroom floor is wet every time no matter how careful you're when using the shower. Have to wipe the floor after use each time. Don't understand the rationale of a shower with no door. Breakfast is excellent. It has the same items everyday but there are enough varieties to choose from. Can walk to old town and Petit Venice or take the free shuttle near train station which is just around the corner.

Fabulous!
The Colmar hpotel is perfect for a city stay and has a team of fabulous staff. 30 min walk to the beautiful centre. The rooms are bright with air conditioning, kettle, coffee machine etc. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is wonderful with so much choice. There is an outdoor seating are to relax. On site parking available or if unavailable there is a multistorey right behind at 3 euros per day. I would return without hesitation.

Disinterested staff
The staff seemed uninterested. We went into the lounge in the evening and there appeared to be two members of staff having a meal in the lounge but neither took an interest in us or offered any service so we left. Breakfast was a bit odd in that we had to ask for coffee which was made from a machine for us - taking some time! If it had to be provided from a machine a self service one would have been a lot more efficient!

I did not ask for VIP amenities nor a room upgrade as it was a short stay. We had a very pleasant stay, air conditioning works much better than other hotels we stayed previously. There are good breakfast selections, the pancakes are very tasty and gluten free breads can be requested. Many thanks for the services provided.

We liked that the hotel was only a 15 min walk to the old town, near the train station which is great for those guests arriving in train, loved they have free on-site parking, breakfast was good ,the entire staff working in this hotel were very friendly and helpful, they do a great job! The only negative thing I can say about our stay was that our bed was very uncomfortable including the pillows that were super soft, we were not able to really get a good nights sleep 😞

Horrid wifi as good as non. Deco was over kill with 12 gaudy useless red pillows. Bathroom designed for disabled, shower curtain should be provided as insufficient floor mats became a safety hazard.

Great Location & Value
Having travelled through the train strikes, I only got a fleeting visit to the hotel, checking in just before midnight and out by 11 a.m. Despite this, my stay was really enjoyable. The staff were very responsive when explaining I would now be arriving later due to having to get a coach due to my cancelled train from Lyon and had my room card ready on the desk when arriving. They explained how to access the property and made everything run as smoothly as possible. The room was really nicely decorated and had a minibar with complimentary water as well as soft drinks, tea and coffee as well as a Nespresso machine. The bed was comfortable, especially after 6 hours on a bus and the bathroom was nice. Plenty of little perks and extras like slippers, branded toiletries, little sewing and hygiene kits as well as a handful of sweets in the room. There was a free buffet breakfast in the morning that had hot and cold options as well as a selection of juices and barista coffee, which was really nice as you usually end up with non-descript juice in large jugs and instant coffee at some places. They have a bar behind the reception, which I believe is open until midnight, as there were a couple of people enjoying a drink when I arrived at around 2330, and I think you can get drinks to your room later too. Will definitely be back next time I visit the region so I can enjoy some more time in Colmar as well as experience the hotel fully.

We loved everything from the property. The location is great to walk to little venice. Parking was available on site. Which was convenient to avoid having to drive to little vemoce and have to look for a parking spot. Instead we just checked in a walk there. I personally loved the many little details in the room like the vanity kit, the drinks in the little fridge, the bath robes, and slippers. Breakfast was included and delicious with multiple options. We totally recommend this place and we would definitely stay again without a doubt.

Calida bienvenida. El hotel esta a 50m de la Gare de Colmar. No es lujoso pero tiene sábanas blancas impecables 2 almohadas por cama. Cafetera con capsulas Nespreso. Tetera electrica con té, café y azúcar. Caramelos de buenas noches en las almohadas. Heladera. En el baño: toallas limpias, shampoo, acondicionador y crema de manos. Desayuno y parking incluído. Si necesitas tomar el desayuno antes de las 7am preparan una canasta completa para llevar !!! Merci beaucoup ☺️

This is an amazing hotel. Close to the railway station and within easy walking distance to the Christmas Markets. The young woman who was on Reception when we arrived and when we checked out was exceptional and a huge asset to the hotel. I only wish I had asked her name. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent short stay
Chose hotel due to its proximity to the train station and previous reviews. We were not disappointed. Clean, very welcoming and friendly staff. Small but well-appointed room with kettle and coffee machine and small fridge with free soft drinks and water. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Plentiful breakfast, perfect start to sightseeing in the Alsace
