We absolutely loved our stay at the Lazy Parrot! From the exceptional staff to the breathtaking views, this hotel was a wonderful experience. Our room was incredibly spacious, with an abundance of storage, including a large closet and drawers throughout. Best of all, we had a private balcony overlooking both the mountains and the ocean. The views were simply spectacular! The property was beautifully maintained, and we constantly noticed staff cleaning and caring for the premises. Their attention to cleanliness and the overall guest experience really stood out. Free parking and an on-site restaurant were added conveniences. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that the pool bar was closed due to staffing shortages, and the Jacuzzi water never got hot. Both were minor disappointments compared to everything else the hotel had to offer. Overall, a fantastic experience with exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and comfortable accommodations. We would absolutely stay here again! Special shout out to Gabriella, at the front desk, She was so nice and full of information.

The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony. The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them. The bathroom was dirty and the shower broken. There was no pressure on the water and it would change from cold to very hot in a second. The bed was an IKEA bed, the cheapest you could find and the chair for the mini table in the room were broken. We were not able to use them. The pool was outdated and the pool chairs broken. I don’t recommend this place to stay. I picked this facility because we were added to a family trip after the booking was done. But I would have rather stayed at the facility next to this one, hotel Caribe.

Overall, this was a perfectly functional room and provided everything we needed. We loved the amount of bathrooms, beach supplies, amenities, balcony, and thoughtful welcome snacks. Our only feedback is that the rooms could have benefited from some upkeep and repair (loose faucets, broken drawers, fridge leaks and freezes, etc). However, these needed repairs did not keep us from enjoying our stay; we had a truly wonderful time and would stay here again!

I was disappointed with my overall experience. Cleanliness could have been much better, and despite having 3 guests in the room, we constantly had to call for additional wash towels because there were never enough provided. The room also did not have a microwave, which was very inconvenient since we had food that needed reheating and ended up having to throw it away. I also paid $95 for birthday decorations that, unfortunately, did not feel worth the price for what was provided. For the amount spent on the stay and extras, I expected a much better experience and more value for my money. I could have put that money toward a different resort with more amenities, potentially even an all-inclusive option. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers offering a credit or discount toward a future stay to help make up for the disappointing experience. I would appreciate the opportunity to give the property another chance if these concerns could be addressed.
