Collinsville Vacation Packages

My husband and I stayed last night (July 10) and were not satisfied with the service. I am sensitive to cold and our room was 52 degrees when we opened the door. We could not adjust the the thermostat and called the desk for assistance. We called 3 times over the next 40 minutes without any help being sent. On the third call, as I was becoming frustrated with the delay, the clerk told me not to yell at her and hung up. I found the control to the thermostat, which was on the other side of the room, just prior to the maintenance man getting there. He said he was just notified of the problem. The person at the desk said she notified him when we first called, about 40 minutes before. He said no one else in the building knew how to adjust the thermostat, and was belligerent when he left, loudly saying,"Oh my God" as he turned to leave. After this, I called the desk again to ask to speak to a manager. I was told that all the managers were in a meeting and one would call me as soon as he was able. I can't say I was surprised when no one ever called. Following breakfast, the women's bathroom was very dirty, with toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.

Well maintained and staff was responsive and welcoming.

Parking was easy the staff was helpful great place to stay and it’s a safe area
