Collinsville Vacation Packages

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

Really lovely hotel in a good location. Good breakfast too. The highlight was the staff - all so lovely and friendly.

This was a very nice property and the staff were great. I asked for mutiple items the first night and they were very prompt and kind about it, I did the room with the lights outside of it, which were pretty, but they had automatic blackout curtains that made it so you could sleep. Room and bed were very comfortable, everything was very clean and in good shape. Only negative was there was a wedding event downstairs that was loud but they cut the music at 10, so no biggie (last song was Journey, "Don'y stop believin'," always a good choice to end an event with). I was suprised by how many great resturants were around the area.

Hotel was packed on a Saturday night and Sunday breakfast service was terrible- they ran out of food, plates, coffee, silverware, etc. Monday breakfast was better but food was average and oatmeal burnt. Room was rundown - tile in bathroom broken, bath gel shower container was empty, ice bucket was damaged, water glass was dirty! Rug stained in various areas. I requested that the room be cleaned - we did get clean towels but trash was not emptied, bath gel was not filled, glass was not cleaned, coffee was not replenished. I happened to take the stairs between floors and found a dead cockroach on the stairs. Hotel was certainly not worth the premium price we paid for a Saturday night!
