Collinsville Vacation Packages

#1)They checked us into a room that was already being used. We went in the room and someone’s stuff was in the room! #2) After we got a non-occupied room, the air conditioning unit was SO noisy. But not in a nice relaxing white noise way. More like it sounded like a tarp flapping in the wind and rattling like crazy. #3) Also, NO HOT WATER!!! Beware! Several nights we let it run for about 20 minutes and it never got hotter than lukewarm. Only one night out of our 5 night stay did we have hot water. #4) no parking at the hotel unless you want to pay valet $60 per night!! So be mindful that there aren’t parking options unless you pay to park. We found a place a block away that was $21 a night.

I had 9 of my grandchildren and myself in a 2 bedroom king suite. There was space for everyone to sleep. I loved waking up and looking out at the water and Cincinnati. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Location Awesome staff Very clean

Hyatt was nice. Located across the street from a brewery. Hotel had a convention center attached. Breakfast is normal.. have stayed here twice. A little of a drive from downtown but free parking, closer to outlets. Have had two different bathrooms. One had a double shower head, another leaked from the bottom glass door. Overall, price point is worth the stay.

From start to finish, this was a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. They breakfast was varied and the staff at breakfast was so attentive. Spacious rooms, extremely clean, and everything worked a We will choose Homewood again.
