Location de vacances de particulier à College Point

« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

« Nice and cozy place Farida is very nice. Thank you »

« We were in town for a family birthday celebration. Before booking, we looked at the area hotels and they were all either very expensive, or, had terrible reviews. This was just what we needed for an overnight stay - clean, nice neighborhood, private entrance and property and easy parking right out front. »

« Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Paul, et nous conseillons vraiment cet endroit lors d’un séjour à New-York, avec la skyline juste à 5 minutes de la maison.Paul a été attentif et l’atmosphère de sa maison est très agréable.Merci !Nous reviendrons chez Paul »

« Had plenty of room and close to where we needed to be. It was clean and easy to check in and out. Ample street parking. I would definitely use this place again if I’m back in the area. »

« This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops. »
