"Amazing ! "

"An exceptional hotel!! Great fun activities for children in the hotel. There is a kid club that is amazing and all the staff in the hotel are very helpful and kind. There is always food and drink in every corner. We stayed in the villa house which had its own swimming pool all around the villas and a small cafe in the middle which you can swim up to. The first day we came just before the end of the dinner time so the staff was thoughtful enough to send us to eat before we even checked into the hotel. After dinner they gave us a tour of the hotel. I have an infant but forget to ask for a cot bed but when we went to our room it was all ready for him to sleep in it. I have a 4 year old daughter as well and she had so much fun in the kids club, you can trust the staff there who always looks after them if you want to leave your kids to do activities and have fun. They also have a baby room and cribs for them if you ever need to put them to sleep while you are there. Our flight back home is today and at a very late time but we still have the chance to stay in the hotel and use all its facilities even after our check out. Overall, it was a great holiday for us. It’s an amazing hotel which has and thought of everything that kids need. I will definitely recommend it and will be back:)"

"Just got back last week from Megasaray Club Belek. Absolutely the best all inclusive I’ve ever been to! The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable. I had my 4 year old and so had would message Zhuldyz daily for one thing or another and always prompt reply and assistance. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, the food absolutely delicious and all day long lots to eat. Free ice creams of the best brands and branded drinks all day none of the cheap watered down stuff. The kids facilities are absolutely amazing and my son was kept entertained all day! My room was beautiful with a garden view and my own very little garden area. You will not be disappointed in the slightest! Thank you Megasaray for a wonderful and memorable stay! "
