Codicote Vacation Packages

Room seemed clean but was in need of repair. Floor was coming up. Air conditioning didn't work and tiles grouting was discoloured. Bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel was closed to shops etc, lots of vans and trucks arrived during the night, making it noisy as we had to have windows open as air conditioning didn't work.

Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy.

Very clean room and lobby, stuff is friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet is the best! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fire alarm went off at 6am, no staff around, no direction or explanation. Pure chaos.

We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.
