Life is good at the beach! Beachfront complex, located in Cocoa Beach. This 1 bedroom beachside getaway is newly renovated and meticulously maintained. King size bed. The enclosed porch enhances the living space. Less than 75 steps from the door to the sand!! Located on the first floor with a deeded parking spaced. Located in the quiet south end of Cocoa Beach with no public parking. Enjoy the beach from your back yard with a large community deck. Coin laundry down the hall from unit. NO PETS ALLOWED (condo association policy). Fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. 30 day minimum rental required

This property is truly excellent! I stayed here for an extended amount of time and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, an amazing amount of storage, perfect beach access, and the host couldn’t be better. I recommend it for a beach weekend or a month-long retreat.
