Cockspur Island Lighthouse Tours and Activities

We love this hotel and location. Really love the rooms with the old brick walls, original wood floors, staff is very happy and helpful and valeting and unloading car is too easy. Both bar/ restaurants are also great 😊

When we checked in we were given a letter about the noise from the July 4th festivities and that there were earphones in the room to block out the noise. The noise was a factor because it was 2:00 in the morning and the police were in their cars on a bull horn telling people to disperse and the crowd was not having it. Then the police yelled “Don’t make me get out of this patrol car.” Two in the morning is late and the noise was really loud. I realize it was July 4th but we checked out a day early because the festivities were also going on the next night. The hotel was beautiful though.
