"Lovely room with great views. Good location in town. Very nice staff.
Nobody helped with the cases from the car on arrival. They need valet parking. Earlier check in than 4pm as most hotels are 3pm. Also most good hotels have Umbrellas at reception. The positives outweighed the negatives but room for improvement."

"Very comfortable hotel with lovely gardens, and good breakfast. Staff were friendly, parking plentiful, and walkable to Lake Windermere and the shops/restaurants in Bowness on Windermere. Enjoyed the birds inhabiting the gardens - get a window table for breakfast to enjoy the birds while you eat."
