« We booked because of airport shuttle included. No shuttle so we had to pay extra fees for Uber. Pool was nice and warm but he t tub broken and freezing water. We went down for breakfast but it all looked so stale. Even kids wouldn't eat it. Staff was very friendly and the surrounding areas have lots of food options and a Walmart. Now the cleaniness was the down fall. Our bathroom tub had mold all around it. So we couldn't give kids bathes but instead quick showers. The ba »

The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! »
