Perfect location for travellers wanting beach access in minutes. Sight seeing bus stop around the corner. Supermarket very close. Housekeeper was excellent. Advise travellers to check the room type and amenity. We paid for a kitchen: freezer door missing, no tea cups, no kettle, no toaster!!!! Maintenance poor: blown light globe, broken trundle bed cover, shower drain cap missing. NO AIR CONDITIONING.
Nice property. Check in was a disaster. Property was to email access codes 48-72 hours prior. Nothing. Rang them - no answer. Contacted via WhatsApp 7 times but found out they were an agency who told us they could not help. Left us with no access codes until multiple efforts managed to make contact. All sorted 3 hours before check in.
Would stay again if maintenance and check in were improved.

Dated interior and overpriced for what it is. Paid $250 EUR and was assigned an interior facing room with windows that faced the public corridor / elevator waiting area. Should have been half the price. Worse hotel of the trip in the price range across Madrid, San Sebastian, and Santander. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Arrived Tuesday, tired from a long drive from Toledo. Immediately looked after. Room was superb with a great view. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Food very good. Loved the location of the hotel, after 20 days of travelling around Spain and Portugal this rejuvenated the batteries. An excellent hotel.

Beatrice e il socio sono il top, la pulizia curata da Beatrice è ad un livello introvabile , la camera molto bella . La colazione viene scelta al tavolo . La location è nel mezzo della campagna comodissima a santander , non si soffre il caldo si dorme bene. Da tornare.

"Apartamento aceptable, pegado a la carretera. Si están llenas las plazas de parking es un poco complicado aparcar. Tiene una cocina con casi todo lo necesario, y para estar unos días esta bien. "The hotel is would have been hard to find using the address given in the booking, however, I did some research and found that the address can be found if you use the hotel name in your GPS. Ojais is included in the street address and that makes all the difference. I have alerted the hotel staff. ..."
