"This is our second time staying at West Lane Inn and it keeps getting better. The staff is cheerful and attentive. The Inn is kept clean and pleasant. Restaurant next door is convenient, open again with new owners. Great location in Ridgefield."

"I stayed there several years ago and found it in horrible condition-definitely not “Quality.” Saw in recent reviews that it was newly renovated so decided to give it another try. They did a WONDERFUL job. Halls and room were newly done with lobby in the process of being completed. Staff was friendly, it was quiet but still near everything and price was right. Will stay there again"
