« Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. « The condo inside was great. No complaints about that. The location was beautiful. No complaints about that. BUT when I tried to go out on the balcony I was immediately stung and attacked by what looked like bees. My husband said it looked like African bees because they were highly aggressive and attacking the window door when I came back inside after being stung. So I called the number that they gave us if there was a problem. No one answered but the voicemail told me to call another number...

« I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day! »
