" We had an incredible stay in Battiest. The cabin is completely secluded on 120 acres of beautiful nature with ponds, trails, and abundant wildlife. We saw deer, two mustang horses, a barred owl that visited our porch, and many birds including pileated woodpeckers.The cabin is beautifully built using wood from the owner’s own sawmill, and the craftsmanship shows throughout.
