« Property was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Staff from the front desk lady at night to the breakfast lady were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great every day. They even had some fruit to make yogurt parfaits, whipped cream, nuts, and cinnamon! There was a nice gazebo outside to relax at and it’s nice to see when the casino is lit up at night. Close to the casino and other restaurants. I’d stay here again »

« Stayed at Quality Inn & Suites McAlester during a road trip and it was exactly what I needed - easy, comfortable , and no stress. Quick check-in, clean room, and I slept really well. The free hot breakfast was a great bonus, and I liked that the TV had apps like Netflix etc. available to use. A smooth, reliable stay - I'd definitely come back ! »

« I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but was told they were booked. No elevator so my mother had a very hard time going up and down the stairs. The room was a standard room, so no handicapped accessible bathroom. The toilet was too low and the grab bar in the bathtub was broken, which made it very hard for my mother. The a/c wasn't really doing its job. The fridge was humming loudly that we thought it was very windy outside. My key card wouldn't work the second day. Tried to contact...
