"The cabin is gorgeous and well planned. We loved the privacy and the quiet. It was farther from town than expected. About 1 mile of the drive into the property is a dirt road. Well maintained. I wish they had gravel paths from the cabin to the lodge and pool."

"We had easy communication with the host and their details about the property made the stay even better. There was space for our older guests to have quiet rooms away from the kids. The bunks were safe for the kids. We enjoyed the kitchen and all of the outside space. "

" We Loved Hillbilly Hideout! Awesome view, but also the STARS!! If you are a star-gazer you’ll absolutely adore this place. Looked like a million stars at night, not exaggerating either. Very romantic setting, enjoyed the hot tub, mountain views, and a glass of wine. I liked the cabin wasn't far off the road but still felt secluded. The enterior is cute as a button, so cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home here. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and Billy the host was absolutely a joy! Friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Amazing host, amazing cabin, amazing memories... We'll be back! We ventured out and went to Queen Wilhelmina Lodge, best food we've had in a long time. And beautiful scenic tour to get there! A must see 100%The Edwards, Southeast Texas2025"
