The apartment looked very chic and is very spacious. There's a good selection of utensils but they were a little dirty so we needed to wash everything before use. The doors were very heavy and loud which wasn't great for keeping kids asleep during nap time. It was great having a bathroom and ensuite. Beds were very comfortable with a great selection of pillows to find one that suited us. We had requested 2 cots which weren't there when we checked in but a quick call down to reception and they got someone straight away to send them over, we were very impressed. The complex was very noisy at all times to include people coming back late at night and early morning deliveries/bin truck. The pool in the hotel was great and only a short walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Viking Hotel in Waterford. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bed was really comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 👍

"This hotel was the biggest disappointment of our trip to Ireland. The lobby is the only part that comes close to a 4 star. We had 2 rooms and both looked nothing like the photos.
