I did book a rather cheap night with Bunk beds, but the room had very little comfort amenities, certainly for lack of space. The service in the restaurant was close to average at best. Hoxtons usually deliver very well, not this time. Not going there again. I left one day early. »

« The room smelled horrible like it was a room used for smoker... The smell was so bad that I could not sleep. Also I don't know why the room was for disable person. And I'm not disable, I would have prefer to have a room with a regular bath than a bath... And I'm also hoping they don't use this room for people who have a disability because people deserve to have a room whitch smell clean and not like old tobacco ! I did not understand how to use the wifi it drove me to something where I need...

« Il y a un problème avec la fermeture a clef de la porte de la chambre. lorsqu'elle est débarré de mauvaise façon de l'extérieur nous ne sommes plus capable de sortir de la chambre. la poignée de la porte est barré de l'intérieur. nous avons été EMBARRÉ dans notre chambre. Des amies sont venus nous aider et on débarré la porte de l'extérieur. C'est PAS sécuritaire. S'il y avait eu un feu nous serions MORTES embarré dans notre chambre. »

« Pour commencer arrivé à l’hôtel, l’hôte à l’accueil ne nous a clairement rien expliquer sur les moyens de transport, l’hôtel… il nous a seulement parler du petit déjeuner pendant 5 minutes en essayant de nous le vendre. Il nous donne la carte de la chambre en nous disant de sortir et d’aller à gauche, sans même nous proposer de l’aide pour les bagages et le simple fait de nous montrer le lieu de la chambre sachant qu’on a mis 10 minutes à trouver la chambre. Donc premier point l’accueil et les...

"Superbe accueil de Juna mardi à 20h30\. Check-in rapide et elle a repobdu à mes questions avant que je lui demande quoi que ce soit. Ce sourire et ce professionnalisme... son boss peut être heureux de l'avoir dans ses équipes. Ma chambre était propre, lit tres confortable et vue Magnifique sur les pistes. "Connexion Internet rapide, mais manque de flexibilité. Je voyage avec un stick de streaming, que je nai pas pu connecter. J'ai partagé ma connexion cellulaire pour y arriver. PDJ: bacon était froid et très sec et dur. A revoir."
