Funny how the little things matter the most when it comes to rating a hotel. I liked everything about this hotel except 1 thing! Novotel London West
Reception was difficult to find as sign outside pointed towards lifts where only one worked and was very busy/slow. Room was nice but was felt thin so heard lots of noise especially early hours of morning.
