The shuttle picks uou right at the front door and runs every 15-20 minutes from 530a-10pm to the Cleveland Clinic. The valet us also right st the front door. Its hassle free, they have a restaurant on site, clean rooms with big showers..it makes our trip up to the clinic 4 times a year so much ...

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I can’t emphasize enough how kind they were. The property on the other hand is kinda rough with old appliances/tvs and no tv guide.
