"Property and staff okay. Could use a renovation, but the problem seems to be the clientele that for some reason have to damage the rooms. Could use better breakfast, sharing a milk container didn't seem safe. Overall, I would recommend them as they have a good price point for the overly expensive Helen area. Save your money here, your going to need it."

I showed the front desk guy with a mustache who showed zero care about the situation and offered us a room change. I declined and he still charged me $1 for laundry soap. Its clear guest recovery skills were not taught and it feels like Im just a dollar sign. "
