Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé. Service propreté et clientèle à revoir. Nous reviendrons à Philadelphie c’est sûr, mais jamais dans cet hôtel."
