Easy to find and well located hotel with private parking in a car park accessed by code. Room clean and good size
TV hard to navigate (even the manager struggled)
check in awful, have to manually input all details including credit card even when already paid (understand it is for extras), you get the key via an email so have to wait for that to come through - unnecessarily frustrating & long winded especially after a long day and drive!
staff were super friendly

We had a great stay, comfy and spacious, great communication from the host too. Check in was simple and easy. Plus there were extra fans in the rooms which was fab during these baking hot nights.

the location was excellent for what I needed, was mainly there to play the Goliath poker tournament at the CBS arena ,this was a short walk away.
local shops were also within walking distance, so extremely useful when it came to stocking up on supplies.
there were a few little niggles about the property but nothing that would stop me from staying there again

"A nice spacious room, with large comfortable bed. A good sized TV. Very helpful staff, particularly the manager when we first arrived. Parking in the street was our preferred option, as it is only chargeable from 8.00am till 6.00pm, when we were mostly out. The in-house car park is very expensive. ..."
