It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. I think you should give a discount or free parking for people staying at the hotel. The cost to parks adds up quick.

Hotel was perfect room was perfect but the parking was not ….charged 40 dollars to park on premises or 12 dollars a block away didn’t expect this but that is the only issue I had

Corner suite with river view was awesome! There was a baseball game and you can see the stadium. Very happy with the stay would definitely come back! Very convenient location since we were going to show at Byham theater was able to walk everywhere for food and drinks. Lots of good options nearby.

Staff was wonderful. Bathroom in room is a bit dated. The bath tub mat did not look clean. The breakfast buffet was 10 minutes late in opening. The dining room where the breakfast buffet was held was not the cleanest. The floors were not swept from the day before. The dining chairs are ripped, not a very nice area. Especially not for the price. Beds were comfortable, however, there was a rather large hole in one of the pillow cases.
