« Everything was provided that is needed for a short trip. This included necessities that might’ve been forgotten. The condo was very clean throughout. The bed was comfortable and clean. 2 TVs were convenient. Temperature setting was comfortable. Claire, was very communicative and provided all details regarding the condo. Overall, we would book this condo again if we take another trip to Lexington, KY area. »

« We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town. »

« Property did not disappoint! We were in town for freshman orientation at UKY and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was clean, stylish and perfect for our stay. Location is convenient to the university as well as restaurants and entertainment. All were within walking distance. »

« This lovely place exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well equipped, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood! There were several special extra touches that made it so easy…starter toiletries, a few snacks, and lots of K-cups for the coffee maker! Everything is on one level. We took several walks in the neighborhood, and we were within easy driving distance to UK, downtown, grocery store, and dining. If we’re ever in Lexington again, we will definitely stay here. »

« Check in was easy and property manager was easy to reach and communicate with. We used their portable infant crib (Pack n play) which was a nice amenity. The space was clean and well cared for. Building felt safe with access codes for building and elevator after hours and a customized access code to our door. You can hear sirens outside very often which is to be expected for the location, but difficult for a small child to sleep through. There is also a vent from the bedroom to the main living...
