The bed was comfortable. Things that could be improved: - Provide free in-room coffee (you will get charged a surprising sum if you use the coffee in the room and the Starbucks downstairs charges around $12 for a basic latte). I chose to get my caffeine off the Strip - Charge less for parking to folks staying with you - Have showers that fully shut and not just a piece of glass that goes half way along the shower - I was under the impression (apparently incorrectly) that Expedia Gold members were eligible for free room upgrades, if available. I stayed two nights mid-week and the hotel was not busy. When I inquired at check-in, the agent seemed to respond as if not having heard my question, and spent awhile reading every different kind of room I could pay to upgrade to. After saying, “No thanks - I was just inquiring if Expedia Gold complimentary upgrades are available,” the check in agent proceeded to want to re-state to me every kind of room I could pay to upgrade - The room I was assigned was in the 4600 numbers. For regular folks, that means floor six. It faces the building wall and roof / no view of note.

Room was clean, spacious with a wonderful canal view.

Very nice room. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed with quality linens, nice clean carpeting, and a cute table & chairs. I loved the 60’s era decor especially the turquoise room refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend The Cole Hotel in Palm Springs.

Staff was courteous, room was clean. Paying the $40 amenity fee per room upon arrival was unexpected. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle, barely any water pressure at all (hard to get shampoo out). Toilet ran all night long. The hotel ran out of self parking spots so we had to park across the street in a dirt lot which wasn’t ideal. The restaurant was great!
