"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."
"Old style boozer with rooms above in a bit of a ram-shackle state. Very basic and in a state of disrepair in parts. Bathroom door only on by one hinge, bathroom with bare plaster board and lots of tools and cleaners trolleys in the hallways and a strange diy metal fire escape. Was unable to re enter the hotel to get something we forgot when we left early one morning. Despite this it was a cheap and cheerful place to stay. "
"We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking.
Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden.

"We could park all day to attend the Wimbledon championships no problems at all. Room clean but could do with refurbishing. Would call it a guesthouse not a hotel but very good all the same"
"Decent hotel. Unfortunately sofa bed wasn’t made up when we arrived which was inconvenient having prebooked and arriving with two tired children. Friendly staff, decent hotel, good condition and nice breakfast "
