"The hotel is nice, staff are very helpful - we had a problem with ac settings and the room manager arrived in 5 minutes to do a system fix. It is advertised as convenient for T2 and T3 - hence the price premium - certainly it’s more convenient for T2 as it’s a 1km trek back to T3 along various walkways. But probably better than being off just airport and an overpriced and slow bus transfer. "

"Hotel & Room was nice, clean, spacious. The breakfast was good, but not worth £18\. Having to also pay £18 for the car park as a paying guest was unexpected, not mentioned anywhere prior to booking. Having queried this with staff, the parking would have been free had I booked direct and not via hotels.com!"

"Room was very dusty. The wardrobes had inch thick dust on them, the pots and pans had what looked like hardened grease in them. We had 1 knife to cut things with which was broken. The freezer compartments were all broken. We stay here every year and it’s progressively getting worse and worse. The tv in the bedroom didn’t want to connect to the internet and the heating stopped working. When we called the front desk to let them know they said we are checking out tomorrow like it was ok - who cares I’m cold now I need the heating to work while I’m still there. "
