"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. We had a terrible start of our holiday, if you travel with families be mindful in the area there is brothels and bars open until late with dodgy people starring. I wouldn’t...

"We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, with everything clearly explained and well organized. The team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre. There were at least five large supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. When an unexpected water leakage...

"We had a good stay at TocToc suites, the apartment was clean, staff were friendly and most of the things you needed were available. The only thing that would have been nice was a chopping board for preparing meals, but we still made it work.
Would definitely recommend for a short or long term stay in Las Palmas."

10/10 Excellent
Wonderful hotel that included a great breakfast. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The roof top patio was a great place to chill out. While we were there, we had need to seek out medical help and one of the staff helped us get to the doctor and with translation etc. We were very thankful. Highly recommend this boutique hotel. We hope to return!
Eric
