Fabulous apartments. Would totally recommend if staying in Las Palmas. Really nicely furnished and decorated, lovely balcony for people watching and excellent showers!! Not only this, they are in the best location with restaurants, supermarkets, excellent beach all within 5 minutes walk. A super place to stay.

This is a lovely apartment but the road is really noisy during the day and Night, not helped by a public carpark over the road. They do provide everything you need just a shame about the road noise,

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Appartement mit Balkon bewohnt. Der Zustand ist top - sauber, gepflegt, alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Ein Kritikpunkt ist die Klimaanlage, die nur kühlen kann. Die Raumtemperatur mit Klimaanlage war bei 18-19 Grad. War uns zu kalt. Leider ging nur in Verbindung mit der Klimaanlage die Lüftung im Badezimmer, damit es nach dem Duschen trocknet. Desweiteren ist es leider sehr laut gewesen, da das Appartement an einer viel befahrenen und belebten Straße liegt. 23 Uhr bis Mitternacht kam die Müllabfuhr. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Strand ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

Bel appartement dans une residence calme et securisée dans le centre de Las Palmas avec garage privatif.Propre,fonctionnel et joliement décoré. Seul petit bémol ,il n'y a pas d'ouverture sur l'exterieur donc un peu sombre .

Veldig pent, nytt og moderne sted beliggende svært sentralt i forhold til strand, handlegater og restauranter. Svært velutstyrt kjøkken som inviterte til matlaging, også siden byens matmarked ligger like i nærheten. Det eneste vi savnet var en safe, og kanskje en mer behagelig lenestol. Også er det litt spesielt at det ikke er folk i resepsjonen, men kommunikasjonen foregikk for så vidt greit via mail. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.
