Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "What a gem of a find, we stayed for one night whilst travelling from England to Spain. We was warmly greeted on arrival and went straight into the pool after a very long day. In the morning a lovely prepared breakfast outside and the friendly hosts couldn’t be more accommodating. We will 100% be returning each year as we travel to Spain, thank...

Top Citou Hotel Reviews

Résidence Carmina

10/10 Excellent

"Property was secure and offered free, gated parking. It was located centrally to the chateau, restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate our differences in languages. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, quiet, and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom and water closets were so spacious. There was even some hospitality coffee, tea, and sugars. We appreciated and enjoyed the stay so much that we sought out another Domitys property in Dinan, France, a few days later."

Tribe Carcassonne

8/10 Good

"The hotel has a great view of the castle and the roof top bar is definitely a bonus. The room was clean and have everything we needed however the toilet was in what can only be described as a cupboard with no space at all. The decor was too dark so much so that we couldn’t find the light switches! The carpet was black and when we dropped a black hair brush on the floor it took us 10 Minutes to find it!"

Hôtel du Château & Spa Gemology

8/10 Good

"The location of the hotel is excellent."

Hotel du Pont Vieux, au pied de la Cité Médiévale

10/10 Excellent

"The room was large and very comfortable. The hotel was in easy walking distance from the old town. The staff was super nice and helpful, including making great suggestions for places to eat in the old town."

"Bien situé mais bruyant malgré tout"

SOWELL COLLECTION Hôtel du Roi & SPA

8/10 Good

"Excellent location and the views from our room was worth the price of admission. The room felt a bit tired and bedding could use an up grade. Lots of nightly turnover so the hotel always felt very busy."

Hotel l'Octroi

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay - staff couldn’t have been any more helpful or friendly"

Campanile Carcassonne Est La Cite

8/10 Good

"Nice, clean place, close to exit."

Comfort Aparthotel Carcassonne

10/10 Excellent

"This was terrific value for money and would happily stay again. While it's a good 15 mins or so up a hill from the station, for £40 or so, there's nothing at all to complain about- big rooms with cooking facilities, microwave and even a dishwasher should you need it, a lovely swimming pool and staff who were knowlegable and extremely helpful; particularly Guaytan , who couldn't have been more efficient and personable. All in all, very good."
