"The property was clean, the staff was helpful, I arrived late at night. I stayed 1 night and rested well. Check-in and out went rather smooth. There is a $100 deposit need to check in so be prepared for that cost on top of the room rate even if you book online. This is for incidentals, I am use to $15-25 but each hotel chain is different. Outside of that the food area was clean and the food was fresh. The favorite thing for me was the bathtub my apartment only have a shower so when I stay at a hotel I always wont a tub to bathe in. They had a tub and the best part it was very clean. Me being me I still wiped it down, but for the most part the place was nice and I would stay here again if in town. Walker "

"They initially gave us the wrong room even though the manager new what we booked. Beware that they have two different hotel buildings and they house people confused. Maybe you booked one and they will give you a separate one. "

"I was most impressed by the Host. This was a rough trip!! We arrived very late due to flight delays. The host responded right away to my questions to access the VRBO. We also last minute requested a late check out due to a car accident and no transportation. The Host was very accommodating. It was also a great location and very quiet! "

"The problems started before we even arrived. In the welcome email, I learned the upstairs toilet had been out of service since January. I booked in December and was never informed. Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told it was in the listing—even after I explained it was added after I booked.Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the cleaner was still there and didn’t finish until 5:00. We had to wait an hour and received nothing more than a “thank you for your patience.” The lack of customer service in both situations left a bad impression.The house itself was roomy and matched the photos. However, there was a large wet spot on the master bedroom rug that didn’t dry until morning. The living room couch was worn and stained. There was no hand towel in the powder room, so we had to use a washcloth from the master bathroom. The refrigerator leaked constantly, leaving a puddle on the kitchen floor that we had to keep cleaning up to prevent slipping.The backyard was also disappointing—only one broken chair, and the shed was left open with animals nesting inside. I also did not appreciate the repeated emails urging me to leave a 5-star review."

"I ended up staying for 3 months. The apartment was very clean and the layout was spacious. Whenever I had an issue, ie I couldn’t find my package, the building management were always extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend this stay!"
