"I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Katy. The hotel itself is very clean, in a good area. The breakfast was good enough. I always had a good parking spot even when coming in pretty late. There is a Walmart and restaurants close by. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. "

"The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. "

"New hotel but unsanitary. Yellow Stain on bedsheet. Fridge ice tray was nasty. Need to defrost. I couldn’t event open it. It had a strong Oder and I coubldnt wait to get the heck up out of there! The night we checked in police was called because a customer hit another customer. I didn’t feel safe at all and for some reason the doors were all marked . Creepy. First and last time staying at a motel. Plus no latch to secure the door."

"Super clean and large room - King Bed and pull out sofa. The AC was super cold and the shower had plenty of hot water !! Quiet at night and gym was clean in the am. The breakfast was enough to get by - only thing was the “ no food from buffet to the room” rule or be charged …… wanted to watch tv and eat. Definitely would go again though ."

"Positives: Clean room that met our needs for just 2 nights. Pet friendly with only a $10 / night extra (most are much higher). Nice staff trying to accommodate folks. Convenient to our family. Negatives: No gym, no communal coffee, hallways smell like smoke, only a small coffee maker in room with regular packets only (we need decaf but they don’t have any). Very bright lights outside our window at night and loud by the road. "
