"THIS is how a hotel experience should be! Before this trip, my last few hotel experiences were less than stellar. It seems like nowadays many hotels are cutting corners and not doing their best to make sure the guests have a good experience. The entire experience at this hotel was amazing. The staff all went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also amazing. Unfortunately, we were not able to experience the dinner because we had other plans. Keep up the great work. I will definitely look for Drury hotels on future trips."

"The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I wasn't even scared of the carpet. Every surface area of the room and inch of the bathroom was spotless and new. Great water pressure and temperature. Furniture was so lovely and it was like staying in a west elm themed spa resort. I would always come back here if I'm in town. Great bistro. Kind of pricey but you get good food and drinks. The breakfast is served as a $15 add on. The garage next door isn't in a connected building but is so close. There's barely an alley between the buildings. Garage is called 3CDC 8th and sycamore garage. You can enter on 7th street on the left right before the hotel valet left side drive up. Garage is $12.50 per day. Nearby area is safe and all if downtown is walkable."

"I booked a standard king room, and it was exactly that—standard, with nothing particularly grand about it, which was fine. The room did have French doors overlooking the Arnoff Theatre. It would have been nice if the doors could open to let in a fresh breeze and allow us to enjoy the sounds of the surrounding streets. We also had to request a refrigerator and a “Do Not Disturb” sign, which I felt should have been provided. The highlight of our stay was the hotel’s restaurant, especially Nikki, the bartender. Her personality was warm, inviting, and engaging, making the experience truly enjoyable. I have food allergies, and before preparing any drink, she took the time to check the ingredients to make sure they were safe for me. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She also recommended local places to visit and shared suggestions for things to do in the area. While the room itself was fairly basic and a few amenities required extra requests, Nikki’s outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. She was a bright spot in our stay and a great example of what hospitality should be."
