Very clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Very well positioned for the ICC and arena

Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Was so excited to visit the Grande hotel but sadly disappointed. We went for drinks in the bar where we met with our adult kids for a drink but were so disappointed. Not enough staff, the staff that were there were so rushed drinks kept being dropped or smashed, we waited around 40 mins to be served and even water was impossible to get and then we got told we were only allowed another 20 mins at our table because they had someone who wanted it. We were residents and being kicked out of the bar because of their lack of organisation is disgusting. It ruined our stay and followed us into Isaac’s bar where the veggie options were poor. Nice hotel room and ensuite but our overall stay was ruined by the attitude and lack of staff.

Room was perfect as one would expect. Parking was available but costly £81 for 2 nights!
