"We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. In the lap of luxury in a dream paradise
"Dusit Thani is definitely above the market standards for Phuket, yet quite reasonably priced (we came off season). Our net-based hotel booking service made a significant error but, despite understandably sticking to its advertised no-refund policy, the hotel came up with a solution that was very acceptable to us and gave us a better holiday than we could have hoped for. The included breakfast was world class and exceptional variety. It is the staff that make or break a resort, and the staff here are well selected and well trained. The resort opens into a 6km beach, with other resorts in both directions. But ours was cleanest, no rubbish in the sand even after a storm. Dusit Thani is some distance from the major tourist attractions, but that makes the area safer to walk. And taxis are a small cost to pay for staying in a quiet safe area. Highly recommended."
