"Staff was helpful. It is dated. Breakfast provided was decent. The only issue we had was hot water. We had none. Called front desk. Had hot water for a day. Then no more hot water (they turned the boiler down again). It was warm enough to put up with to take a shower. There was hardley anyone at the hotel. I know they had the boilers turned down. How do I know? Lets just say I have a friend that is the chief engineer for Hilton. All in all we had a nice time. It was quiet."

"This stay was all about location and views. It has a beautiful view of the waterfront. We happened to arrive along with a cold spell so we didn't spend as much time outside as we'd have liked, but that's no reflection on the property, just a side effect of off season travel. The beds were clean and comfortable. The living room and dining room spacious and comfortable."

"We enjoyed a lot to stay in your place on Columbus Day Weekend in the heart of Alexandria Bay Town,the room was clean and right next to the dock you can park your boat or go fishing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed delicious coffee they serve all day long in the lobby and also you can use toaster and microwave to warm up your meals, outside next to the dock is nice picnic area with girls, vending and ice machines and lots of tables, beach chairs and campfire table, very friendly atmosphere and we definitely com back with more friends next year !!"

"This house was perfect for our family of seven. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and lunches in. The nautical decor is tasteful and fun. An easy walk to shopping, restaurants, night life. We especially enjoyed renting a pontoon boat and cruising the St. Lawrence. Alex Bay’s season was winding down-we liked the smaller crowds."
